Golden Care Extended Warranty
Is completely optional on all stairlifts ranges, extended warranty covers all parts and labour charges for up to a further four years.
This
includes annual service costs, giving you total piece of mind for this extended period.
To take advantage of the extended warranty cover, GCWS should be purchased at the time of your stairlift installation, or at the very latest
12 months after installation of your stairlift purchased from us.

Maintenance Service
We provide a speedy reliable back-up and maintenance service to ensure that you will be consistently happy with your lift.
With over 20 customer care engineers nationwide, you will not be kept waiting long in the unlikely event of a breakdown.
All stair lifts are designed and comply with BS5776 and BS5900 Standards.
Standard Warranty
Your stair lift is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the installation date. The guarantee provides cover for parts replacement and labour charges should your lift need to be repaired through mechanical or electrical failure. Standard warranty is extendable for a further FOUR years

Recommendations
We recommend that you have your stair lift is serviced once every year by our fully trained engineers.
